statement that they allege to be false and call either two witnesses or one
witness who is corroborated to prove their case.
The fourth element is tested by the court determining whether the statement
was material enough that it was capable of affecting a decision concerning
the facts in issue. The impact of the false statement may be both direct or
indirect.
